skipped. If an Operation
is skipped the Operation
is removed from the head of
the queue, no work is sent to the database and the CompletionStage
of that
Operation
is completed exceptionally with a SqlSkippedException
. The cause of
the SqlSkippedException
is the Throwable
that caused the Operation
to be
