minPerSplit - The minimum number of elements to be returned per split. Must be >= 1 && <= Integer.MAX_VALUE . Integer.MAX_VALUE will always return a single split of {#code this}. maxPerSplit - The maximum number of elements to be returned per split. Must be >= 1 && <= Integer.MAX_VALUE
