  32 Linux OS: English (US, alternative international)
  33 Windows OS: Hungarian
  34 A keyboard layout having compose function or compose-like key. Programmer
  35 Dvorak (http://www.kaufmann.no/roland/dvorak/) is suggested to use.

  38 please switch to US alternative international layout and try to type diacritics
  39 (using the following combinations: `+e; `+u; etc.)

  42 please switch to Hungarian keyboard layout and try to type diacritics 
  43 (Ctrl+Alt+2 e; Ctrl+Alt+2 E)

  46 please switch to Programmer Dvorak keyboard layout try to type diacritics
  47 using compose combinations (Compose+z+d, Compose+z+Shift+d). The Compose key
  48 in Programmer Dvorak layout is OEM102 the key which is located between
  49 Left Shift and Z keys on the standard 102-key keyboard.
